Off to an early training session and don’t want to work-out on an empty stomach? A breakfast smoothie is the ideal choice. It’s not too heavy, but jam-packed full of nutrients and energy. We’ve all heard time and again that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and breakfast smoothies tick all the boxes.
