Up for some ‘ultimate’ flying frisbee fun these holidays?
Darlinghurst Ultimate Frisbee Federation (DUFF), in association with Ultimate Australia, is hosting a camp for girls and boys that will get them to run around, meet new friends and stay away from screen time!
Participants will learn the fundamental skills of the sport of Ultimate Frisbee from world-class coaches who have played and coached on National and International teams.
Ultimate Frisbee is a team sport that is growing rapidly in schools across the country. Not only does it develop teamwork, but it develops LEADERSHIP because it is a self-refereed sport where athletes must show honesty, fairness, empathy and integrity on the sports field.
