Vince Barclay Tennis Junior School Holiday Camp – Macquarie Park
Take your young ones to a Junior School Holiday Tennis Camp run by professionals!
The Vince Barclay Tennis Academy has been operating for more than 30 years – producing many top players. The goal is to help every student reach his or her full potential on and off the court.
Each day the holiday camp runs from 9am to 3pm, but children can be supervised before and after camp at no extra cost. You can also choose to attend half days, from 9am to 12.30pm. Held at the Macquarie Uni Sports Field, you can be rest assured your children will be safe and entertained.
There will be a barbecue and presentation on the last day of camp.
Dates: Weekdays from Tuesday 2 January to Thursday 25 January.
Time: 9am to 3pm. Before and after care available at no extra cost (8am to 9am and 3pm to 5pm).

Middle Harbour Yacht Club Youth Discover Sailing Program – Mosman
Discover the fun of sailing these school holidays.
The MHYC four-day program aims at introducing youths to the sport and fun of sailing, and enables them to develop skills at their own pace. MHYC is an accredited Discover Sailing Centre and uses Australian Sailing’s national program to teach the basic fundamentals of sailing through to racing skills including spinnaker and trapeze use.
Whatever your skill level (beginner to more advanced), this is a great way to make new friends adventuring around the Harbour and learning all the aspects of sailing.
It’s safe, supervised holiday fun on the water!

SOP Aquatic Centre Intensive Swim Program – Sydney Olympic Park
This intensive swim program is an excellent alternative for those who are unable to get their kids to regular weekly lessons during the school terms.
Students are required to attend for all allocated days of the week (and may attend extra weeks, if desired) to receive intensive instruction on all aspects of their swimming.
These sessions are also an excellent tool to assist children with the strokes they may be having difficulty with, which may be preventing them from moving up a level.
Dates: Week 1: Tuesday 2 January to Friday 5 January. Week 2: Monday 8 January to Friday 12 January. Week 3: Monday 15 January to Friday 19 January. Week 4: Monday 22 January to Thursday 25 January.
Times: 30-minute classes available between 8am and 11am.
Suitable for: Preschool (3+ years) and School-age children.

Eastern Gymnastics Academy Summer Holiday Training – Waterloo
Train at one of Sydney’s best gymnastics academies over the school holidays.
At Eastern Gymnastics Academy (EGA), the aim is to provide an exceptional gymnastics program for both girls and boys by implementing a family-friendly and supportive environment for all gymnasts to enjoy. Sports Stars Camp – Sydney Olympic Park

Sports Frenzy Camp – Mission Island, Hawkesbury River
Love sport? Why not come and try the new three-night-stay Sports Frenzy Camp?!
The Sports Frenzy camp combines sports such as basketball, soccer and touch football with adventure activities such as challenge ropes course and canoeing/kayaking. You will be in for an action-packed few days away and have loads of fun along the way!
This camp caters for all sporting abilities, and focuses on participation and the opportunity to try out a new sport in a fun and social environment, without having to commit to a particular sport for a whole term or season.

Camp Sixers – SCG, Moore Park
This is a high-energy, entry-level program that uses music and games-based cricket activities to ensure your child has a wonderful time learning to play like their T20 heroes.
A visit from the ever-popular Sydney Sixers will cap off a day your child won’t forget!
Dates: Thursday 21 December and Monday 15 January.
Time: 8.30am to 3pm.
Suitable for: boys and girls, 5-11 years.

Disc Golf – Sydney Olympic Park
Fun for all fitness levels and ages, this new sport is really taking off.
To start play, throw your disc from the tee area towards the first ‘hole’ (actually a metal basket). The dangling chains add to the trickiness, but try landing your disc in the basket before progressing to the next basket. Complete the course with the least number of throws and you win.
Play for free on the rolling green fields at Newington Armory if you bring your own disc or hire discs for a $10 refundable deposit.
Dates: Every weekend and daily during school holidays.
Time: Open from 10.30am to 3.30pm.
Suitable for: boys and girls, all ages

TreeTops Adventure Park – Abbotsbury
Experience the iconic Australian bush like never before. Get up-close and personal with native Australian wildlife and magnificent gum trees, as you climb, weave and fly through the treetops on self-guided rope courses. Flex your adventurous spirit and test yourself mentally and physically with more than 100 elevated obstacles with rope ladders, wobbly bridges, tunnels, cargo-nets and zip lines.
There are no special skills required; just take along a sense of adventure and you will be provided with all the training and safety equipment you need to be an expert tree climber.
